The Wardrobe in Philadelphia is located on North 4th Street between Spring Garden Street and Callowhill Street. Our store entrance is marked by a large planter and store sign.

Free 3 hour parking on 4th Street unless street signage indicates otherwise.
Public Transportation: Accessible by the 57, 47, 43, and 47M busses. We are a few blocks away from the Spring Garden stop on The Market Frankford (Blue) Line.

Meet Ashley: Site Manager at The Wardrobe in Philadelphia!
What’s your favorite aspect about being a manager?
My favorite part about being a manager is getting to connect with people every day. I love being able to chat with our clients and learn about their lives. Knowing that you’re making a positive difference in someone’s day is truly rewarding.
What’s a memorable client story you’ve had?
This past prom season I had a teenage client who was hesitant to try any dresses on. After narrowing down some options and finally convincing her to try at least something on, she came out of the dressing room BEAMING. Seeing someone’s confidence soar like that made my week! She was so excited and her nervousness completely disappeared.
What’s your favorite type of donation to receive?
Anything new and with tags is always a plus! I also love getting higher end shoe and handbag donations.
How would you describe your individual style?
My style is less trendy and more classic. My favorite pieces of clothing I love wearing to work are gold hoop earrings and an oversized button down shirt.
Top style secret?
Don’t look at the size on the label, just try it on!
What is your site looking forward to bringing to the community?
Affordable, curated clothing that makes a person feel confident and happy. Our shoppers and donors are loyal supporters and I’d love to continue to offer them a selection of amazing items.
If you could manage one other Wardrobe site or open a new one, which would it be and why?
I’d love to spend a day managing our Exton store. The store is lovely and you can’t beat all of that retail space.
