Wardrobe Passes provide up to 6 free items of clothing and additional accessories.

Some exclusions may apply. Sizes and selection cannot be guaranteed.

Drop-in services last approximately 1 hour and are first come, first served.

Please note that fitting rooms close about 15 minutes prior to each store’s closing.

The Wardrobe Pass can only be used once. Duplicated cards are not accepted.

• All clothing must be tried on before leaving The Wardrobe (including scrubs, no returns)
• Guests are not allowed to participate in your appointment, but they may shop our store or wait in a seated area. Interpreters, service animals, supervised children, and case managers are welcome.
• Please respect staff, shoppers, the space & yourself. Absolutely NO racism, sexism, trans/homophobia, soliciting (approaching others for money, goods, or services) or body-shaming.
• Please be mindful of time spent in the fitting room. We ask that prolonged phone calls, resting, or charging of electronics be done outside.
• Your appointment includes taking an exit survey as well as filling out any registration information if a drop-in or using a Wardrobe Pass.
