Join Henry A. Davidsen, Master Tailors & Image Consultants, Philadelphia’s leader in custom-tailored clothing, and Bluebird Distilling for Suits & Sazeracs 3.0, a spirited cocktail competition and charitable fundraiser at the Hotel Palomar on Monday, March 6th from 6-9 pm.
Join us for a New Orleans-inspired evening sampling Sazeracs crafted by an array of talented Philadelphia bartenders using local Bluebird Distilling Rye Whiskey. Vote for your favorite cocktail to honor one bartender with the superior Sazerac! Southern-style passed hors d’oeuvres will be prepared by executive Chef Ronde Murphy of Square 1682 featuring Shrimp and Grit Fritters, Baked Oysters Rockefeller, Drunken Grilled Haloumi, New Orleans-style Beignets, Fried Green Tomatoes with Cajun Aioli, and more.
Come dressed to impress (prizes will be awarded), ready to sample Sazeracs, and party NOLA-style!
Ticket proceeds benefit The Wardrobe (formerly Career Wardrobe), a Philadelphia-based 501c3 non-profit combatting clothing insecurity by providing a stable source of well-maintained and displayed clothing that is suitable for any need, from casual to workwear. The Wardrobe provides assistance for people experiencing barriers to employment and independence – from laid-off workers to recovering substance abusers, veterans, and returning citizens. Suits & Sazaracs 3.0 is the opening ceremony of Henry A. Davidsen’s fifth annual, region-wide suit drive, a two-month-long collection of gently-worn clothing items to benefit The Wardrobe. The drive has expanded this year to include ALL clothing, from casual to professional, and even children’s clothing. Help make Henry A.
