Open Wardrobe for Formerly Justice Involved Women in Philadelphia & Upper Darby: Part of Smart & Sexy Week

During the week of March 28 – 30, 2023, The Wardrobe will host Open Wardrobe clothing events in Philadelphia, Upper Darby, Chester, and Bucks County to support formerly incarcerated women and/or women impacted by the criminal justice system in honor of Women’s History Month.

On Thursday, March 30th, The Wardrobe will be hosting our Smart & Sexy week during our Open Wardrobe at The Wardrobes in Upper Darby and Philadelphia from 11am-5pm

Events are a part of and sponsored by National Smart & Sexy Day© and The Alliance of Career Development Nonprofits (ACDN) in honor of Women’s History Month.

Any woman who has experienced incarceration or has been impacted by a family member’s involvement with the criminal justice system is invited to attend and receive a free capsule wardrobe (casual or professional) and a bra fitting with free Smart & Sexy bra. Reentry resources and refreshments will be available at all sites. A SuitUp presentation will be offered at our Chester and Bucks County sites.

Our Philadelphia and Delaware County Wardrobes will offer participants the option to shop for their capsule wardrobe while participants at our Chester and Bucks County sites have the option of ordering their capsule wardrobe through a Wardrobe Box.
