Dressing Program
Participants receive one-on-one assistance from our trained personal shoppers, volunteers and staff with a background in human resource, image consulting and fashion. Each woman is eligible for three free outfits which include:
- Matching suit with blouse/shirt.
- Four additional pieces (“separates”) to combine into a week’s worth of work outfits.
- Accessories to compliment the outfit: shoes, stockings, scarf, handbag, jewelry
Client Help Desk
Clients can have their resume critiqued and ask questions about the work environment of industry professionals. We match participants with one of our Career Leaders for mentoring and assistance via the phone/email.
Mock Interview Sessions
Participants receive constructive feedback to learn how they can strengthen their interview savvy. This opportunity is available on an individual basis as an add-on after clients utilize the Client Help Desk. In addition, Referral Partners may request a Career Wardrobe representative for on-site Mock Interview Sessions for 5-10 participants.
Gateway to Success Seminars
Our monthly signature personal and professional development seminars designed to help participants adapt and succeed in the business environment – empowering men and women new to the workforce with practical life skills.
* Suit Up! Preparing for Job Search Success Workshops
The Career Wardrobe Suit Up! workshops help participants put their best foot forward for their interview. At the end of the workshop they will know how to develop a style suitable to the workplace and their personality and learn how to project a positive self-image. (Additional Fee)
Professional Women’s Network Events:
Designed Specifically for Women Transitioning to Work
Clients of The Career Wardrobe who have found or are still looking for work, share their experiences and motivate one another to take their career to the next level. This opportunity is for clients of The Career Wardrobe only.
Breakfast sessions are held the 3rd Thursday of each month at T-Bar (12th and Sansom St). Reservations are required.
