Career Wardrobe – Database and Outcomes Coordinator
Using her knowledge, Ms. Richman helps Career Wardrobe to reach more clients more effectively and to share their stories with our supporters to extend the reach of our mission. As Queen of all Data, Ms. Richman managed Career Wardrobe’s databse migration from Access to Salesforce and continues to work to make data more accessible and relevant to the needs of our organization and our constituents.
Previously, Ms. Richaman worked in the front office of West Deptford Eye Care, scheduling appointments, managing patient records and facilitating insurance needs. Similarly, with an eye toward customer service, she worked with Booth Radiology as a mammography assistant, and worked closely with patient records. She was the Assistant Costumer at Pierre’s Costumes, finding, altering and renting costumes to groups and individuals.
Ms. Richman holds a Bachelor’s of Art in English and Theater Management from Douglass College (now part of Rutgers-New Brunswick) and plans to become a certified Salesforce Administrator.
Originally from Medford, NJ, Ms. Richman lives with her family in Williamstown, NJ and continues to strive to make the work that we all do easier and more relevant than ever before. Despite a sometimes lengthy commute, she feels she couldn’t ask for a better, more empowering group of people with which to work.
